The HLP App is a health and lifestyle planning app created with expert clinical practitioners from the UK’s leading online psychiatry company, Psychiatry UK.

The HLP App is also comprehensive lifestyle planner, toolbox, library, to-do list and community space, with resources and features tailored exactly to you, your goals and your needs. Here’s how it works.

The first thing you do in the HLP app is set your goals. This can be one goal, or multiple goals. Do you want to get physically fit? Would you like to sleep better? Would you like to feel happier, healthier and more fulfilled? We can help you along to your goal by giving you access to hundreds of tools from our toolkit. The tools we recommend are based on the goals you’ve set, so your experience will be unique from other users. Say for example your goal is to do more exercise, we might recommend that you try our “7-minute workout” tool. The app will explain the benefits of the tool, the science behind it and how to get started. Once you’ve found a few tools you like, you can add them to your agenda.

Your agenda is your plan for the day. You’ll be reminded by us when you have agenda item scheduled in, and you’ll also be given the opportunity to reschedule if life gets in the way.

You can also log information using The HLP App to gain insight into yourself over an extended period. You can log your mood, your sleep, your medication, and loads more. You can customise what you log based on your goals. The HLP App uses your mood logs to show you what tools are working, and what habits are helpful. You can also check your history, which can show you just how far you’ve come with us.

The app can also be used as a helpful way for you to communicate your health logs to clinical staff at P-UK to help guide your care path.

Furthermore; the HLP App is also home to a community space with several unique groups. In these groups users can discuss issues, share experiences, support one another, or just chat. You’re rewarded for being a supportive user; if someone feels like you’ve helped them out, they can send you some HLPs, which can be exchanged for discounts on services, goodies, and even donated to charities chosen by one of our sister companies, HLP-U.

We also have a full library of articles to share with you based on your goals and interests, as well as podcasts and webinars created by our expert guests from Psychiatry UK.
We have integrated HealthKit api to show walking and sleep time in app.
